According to recent research by Professor Duane Varan, Director of Audience Labs at Murdoch University of Perth, most people are incapable of giving two screens their full attention.

This, as well as other aspects of his report, is important to transmedia storytellers because we need to understand how our viewers use their tech to explore our stories.  We can then incorporate it into our designs.  It’s like watching movies in the dark is always better than watching them in bright daylight!
